Once you submit a request, we will reach out to you with a time and date that works for both of us. Submitting this form is not a confirmed appointment. New clients must pay a $50 deposit which will be applied to the services performed at your pet’s visit. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, it is refundable or if you reschedule, it will be applied towards the rescheduled date.
