In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.
Please call us when you arrive. A member of our staff will meet you outside to transport your pet inside the building.
We will obtain all necessary information from you over the phone. A team member will meet you outside and take hold of the leash that is securely fastened to your pet or the pet carrier.
For routine appointments, the doctor and technicians will then examine your pet inside the hospital and will call you to discuss the exam findings and any necessary treatment. Payment will be taken over the phone whenever possible.
At this time, we our asking our clients to please utilize our online store for convenient home delivery of your pet’s food and medication needs. If you have an immediate need, please call our clinic for assistance at 972-874-8387.
